Chocolate Chunk-Banana Bread

Do you have bananas that are too ripe too eat, that if not used in the next day will find a new home in the trash can? Then grab those bananas and prep them to be used to make an ever so yummy chocolate chunk banana bread. Try this Kraft classic recipe for a chocolate chunk banana bread that is easy to make and crazy delicious.

Chocolate Chunk-Banana Bread


Ingredients

2 cupsflour
1 cupsugar
2 tsp.Magic Baking Powder
1/4 tsp.salt
2 eggs
1 cup mashed fully ripe bananas (about 3 bananas)
1/3 cupoil
1/4 cupmilk
4 oz.Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate, coarsely chopped
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
 

Preparation


Heat oven to 350°F.

Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in large bowl; set aside. Beat eggs, bananas, oil and milk in large bowl with whisk until well blended. Add dry ingredients; stir just until moistened. Stir in chocolate and nuts.

Pour into greased 9x5-inch loaf pan.

Bake 55 min. or until toothpick inserted in centre comes out clean. Cool in pan 10 min.; remove to wire rack. Cool completely.     

For an extra special desert, you can spread vanilla icing on top....so yummy!!!
